How and when you should start pampering your skin for big events?
Everyone dreams of having silky smooth and spotless skin before any big event, be it a marriage or festival or just a get together party.
But to think that it can be achieved just before your big day is the biggest misconception many of us have. Most of my patients come and insist to have a peel or laser or injectables to be done just before the big day. But to achieve effective results, proper healing of the skin is required.
That’s why you should plan ahead to give your skin all the pampering it needs.
So how and when to start pampering your skin?
It is better to start at least 3-4 months before your marriage date, 6 weeks before festivities and 4 weeks before party or get together. But this timeline again depends on your skin type, present health condition of your skin and the skin concerns you want to be addressed.
Next, coming to the procedures to be done to achieve your best skin health once again depend on your present health conditions and skin concerns to be addressed. We should always start off with a Chemical peel which exfoliates and gets rid of all the dead skin. This preps and gets your skin ready for the next procedures, it also increases their efficacy they can penetrate into deeper layers of skin thus bringing about better results.
The procedures range from non-invasive Medi facials, Lasers to Semi-Invasive Micro needling & PRP treatments for hair and face, laser hair removal, ear lobe repair, skin tag removal, scar revision and even injectables like Botox & Fillers. However, keep in mind, based on your concern and treatment protocol, multiple and regular sessions placed 2-3 weeks apart would be needed to achieve the desired results and the more time and effort you put in, the better your results will be.
So, we recommend you to plan your Rejuvenation well ahead of your big events and give us enough time to help you achieve the best possible skin and hair you can have.
Also be regular and follow all of the doctor’s instructions for care and maintenance.
See you soon!
